First of all I'd like to say that LOTN is very sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused.
We know that this problem happens mostly when people try to upgrade their packages manually (deleting the client account and creating a new one). The cause of this problem is with TheHostingTool, the ordering software LOTN uses currently. The problem is with the bad cPanel and IPB integration in its code, so it's not our fault and we didn't cause this problem. As we're trying to find an alternative solution and solve this as soon as possible, withouth causing more trouble we would ask you not to try upgrading your accounts for now, until this is finally solved. THT is a bad software, we know, but it was the only one that supported IPB.
Again, apologies for the problems we caused, and know that we're doing everything we can to solve this problem.
Regards,
TheGodFather, LostontheNet Staff.

I have a question.
Are the down times because of THT?
Like, at let's say... 10:00 PM EST, sometimes lostonthe.net isn't working, including my site with it (server goes down or something?)
This happens to all of my domains. A answer would be nice.

I haven't had any problems with downtime , and if there was maybe it was just a quick server "hiccup", no worries.

THT has been upgraded witch fixes many bugs:
http://thehostingtool.com/aggregator
If you had any of these problems they had been fixed.
The default style is temporary until we make it again.
